Children under 14 years of age are not allowed, except on the first Sunday of the month.
You need to bring your own bathrobe, towel , slippers and bathing cap. If you want, it is possible to rent the complete kit for 10.00 euro per person or to buy just the bathing cap for 3 euro.
The swimming pool with cervical jets, whirlpool, thermarium with sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, hot bench and Kneipp pools.
The salt cave: salt on the walls and ceiling, where you stay for 40 minutes breathing micronized salt that saturates the room.
The infrared sauna: the benefits of a sauna whose heat reaches the deep layers of the body directly, with less sensation of heat.
